Access to justice for victims of all human rights violations
A coalition of leading humanitarian and human rights organisations (comprising Amnesty International, Helpage International, Human Rights Watch , TUC, Human Rights Centre - University of Essex , ATD 4th World, ActionAid , Médecins du Monde UK, Save the Children, War on Want and Bar Human Rights Committee) have sent a letter to the Secretary of State David Milliband calling for the UK government support for a comprehensive approach to the Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (OP-ICESCR), which will give access to justice for victims of all human rights violations.
