The responsibilities for interpreters include:

•    Providing an efficient and clear interpreting service for support workers and service users
•    Willingness to do face-to-face interpretations, if needed
•    Willingness to accompany service users to access health services

Qualities for volunteering as an interpreter include:
•    Some availability during clinic hours (via phone)
•    Clear communication skills
•    Fluency in English and other languages
•    Non judgemental attitude towards service users
