Médecins du Monde's work wouldn't be possible without the help of people like you. We rely on voluntary donations. Help us today by choosing one of the options below.

Médecins du Monde
is a non-governmental organisation, apolitical and non-denominational. Our freedom to act and to bear witness relies largely on maintaining a healthy level of financial resources - evenly balanced and coming from diverse sources - without having to bow to any external pressures. Financial independence is the key to the political independence of our organisation. We rely on valuable donations and legacies from people like you.

Regular donations are particulary important, as they enable us to build up our unrestricted funds which can be used instantly for unpredicted emergency situations- like the Burmese cyclone emergency response or the Pakistan earthquake.

Our volunteers donate their time and expertise to provide healthcare to vulnerable populations worldwide. Making a donation is an equally crucial way of helping to make health a human right.

Examples of what your donation could do:

  • £20 will enable 200 people with infected wounds to be treated in Chechnya
  • £35 will give food and shelter to four street children who are victims of the war in the Congo
  • £60 will pay for a “Smarter than AIDS” kit to protect dozens of teenage street sex workers in Burma (Myanmar)
